ITS ALL SHAMEFULL THAT ITS A NICE SERVICE INSTEAD OF THAT MY COMPLAINT IS NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY AS IT SHOULD BE . IS THERE ANY SUPERVISOR ATTENDING THIS COMPLAINTS OR NOT ?
